500ml 44.8% ABV

  • GIASS is the link between five friends and the time they share together over an aperitivo, wherever they can met after a long day of work. To laugh, discuss and be with each other before ethe night kicks off, these are the moments suspended between times that Milan has called its own. From this simplistic yet structured ritual came the idea of the first London Dry Gin made in Milan.

  • The soul of GIASS is expressed in the union of 18 botanicals that compse it, amalgamated by a sophisticated process of distillation that has given life to a gin our of the usual routes; complex authentic and to be discovered even on the rocks.

  • Palate: Taste – this is where thing gets interesting. GIASS is the Inception of Gins. Level 1 is fairly sweet, more flowery than sugary – but this links nicely to level 2 – citrus. Oily verbena rather than a zesty vibrancy. The levels keep going.

  • Finish: An expectedly complex, yet well balanced finish product

  • Recommended mixer: Indian or Skinny tonic, Cranberry mixer or Soda Water

  • Garnish: Lemon wedge/ Thyme
